New dishes by Jofrane Dailly, le chef du Diana Dea Lodge, are offered on departure from Reunion Island in a Business cabin. Enough to enjoy an excellent meal in addition to the comfort of travel.

This fall, on all its flights connecting Reunion Island to Paris, Air France unveils new menus created by chef Jofrane Dailly exclusively for Business cabin customers.

The company thus strengthens its collaboration with the chef, initiated in 2022, by now entrusting him with the signature of all the hot dishes offered on the menu. Born in Reunion, Jofrane Dailly first chose pastry. He discovered himself as a cook alongside chef Yann de Coëtlogon at the Michelin-starred restaurant Mas des Vignes.. In 2019, he won the Chef of the Year award from the Kaspro Guide. Today he is the chef of the Diana Dea Lodge restaurant., 5-star hotel located in the heights of Sainte-Anne. Jofrane Dailly was keen to promote local and seasonal products to create these new menus for the Air Fance Business cabin., in accordance with company standards. It thus offers a mixed cuisine full of flavors and colors, in which the traditions of its Indian origins mix, of his island and France. On each flight connecting Réunion-Roland-Garros airport to Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle, four signature hot dishes are now offered on the Business cabin menu, a vegetarian composition and recipes made with meat, poultry or fish. In total, twelve culinary creations will be discovered on board over the coming months. Meals are pre-selected online from 15 days to 24 hours before departure.

Very high-speed Wi-Fi on board planes
The company will gradually offer a quality of very high speed connectivity service from 2025. This new completely free service in all travel cabins. Eventually, it will be available on all of the company’s aircraft, replacing the current offer. To launch this exceptional service, Air France has chosen Starlink, world leader in connectivity.
