Deployed in mass distribution in France from April 2021, the Violife range will initially offer four product categories, in connection with the culinary uses of cheese products. Grated (emmental flavor, mozzarella flavor) for the pasta, gratins or pizzas. Tranches (emmental flavor, cheddar flavor) for croque madames, burgers, wraps ou sandwichs. Bloc (emmental flavor, cheddar flavor, Greek white flavor) for salads, extra-melting hot for pasta, pizzas, quiches or savory tarts. Creamy (original and garlic and herbs) for toast, as an aperitif or to add creaminess to dishes, in soups or desserts.
