VINOCITE PASSE A TABLE

For its fourth edition, the 10, November 11 and 12 at the Cité des arts in Saint-Denis, Vinocité becomes the wine and gastronomy fair.

On the Vinocité menu, This year : to drink and eat. Becoming the wine and gastronomy fair, Vinocité gives pride of place to local gastronomic culture. “Liquid” exhibitors will obviously be at the heart of the show, with more than 80 exhibitors in the Fanal and Palaxa halls. But several new features are emerging. The food court : upon entering the salon, the outdoor space has been redesigned to create a food court where the culinary offering will be varied. The temporary restaurant : a catering area for 35 to 40 seats in place during the three days of the show. Finally, the producers' hall : this new space will open its doors to around ten local producers who will come and present their grocery products. On their menu : jam, cakes, cold meats or even chocolate. Three exceptional sponsors will be present to support this fourth edition of Vinocité. Philippe Faure-Brac, best sommelier in the world and best sommelier worker in France. Chef Jean-Alexandre Ouaratta, originally from Reunion, passed through the kitchens of Paul Bocuse and Yannick Alléno among others. And Rodolphe Le Meunier, best cheese maker in France, is back with more than 400 different cheese references, including some with Reunionese accents. As always, the guinguette space will host festive evenings with concerts to end the days. With this new formula, the organizers hope to welcome more than 4,000 visitors for this edition which marks an important turning point in the history of the show.
