The La Plaine Land Company, formed in 1999 by Harold and Annelise Cazal to take over and manage part of the land assets of Sucreries Léonus-Bénard, announces a new project in the Gol sector. A tertiary center including a 3,800 m² medical center and a 4,000 m² office building will soon see the light of day. Alpha, first construction to emerge from the ground, will offer 29 lots spread over three levels, including two intended for medical activities. Work will begin in the second half of 2023, for delivery in 2024. The Orion Business Center, with a surface area of 4,000 m², will follow. 27 modular lots are offered for sale and rental : shops on the ground floor and offices on three floors. A silo car park with 308 spaces on five levels is planned near the two buildings. Following the construction of Alpha and Orion, the SFLP has the ambition to create a set of businesses, restaurants and green spaces structured around a pedestrian mall.
