Harris Briochin has just been acquired on September 15 by the French group Altaïr, supported by Eurazéo, to its shareholder Alwa Europe (Philippe Allius). A natural rapprochement for these two companies which share identical quality values, of tradition, French made, as well as a strong attachment to sustainable development. Like Briochin, Altaïr intervenes in the world of maintenance and drugstore with the Starwax brands, head, I feel and pray. This new group thus becomes the French multi-channel leader in drugstores and quality maintenance., with a portfolio of complementary brands, covering all distribution circuits. In a very competitive market, this alliance will allow Harris Briochin to be more combative against international giants. On an operational level, the various commercial entities of the Altaïr group in France – Brunel on the one hand, Harris Briochin on the other hand – will continue to operate autonomously at the service of their customers, suppliers and consumers. Harris Briochin's 85 employees will continue to produce their different ranges at the Saint-Brandan site in Côtes d'Armor..
