Mon Masque de France launches a collection of antibacterial and antiviral clothing for hospital and paramedical professionals, as well as well-being and beauty specialists.
Safe work clothing, practical and comfortable. Less than a year after the launch of Mon Masque de France, Diane and Jules Deblyck, founders of the brand, have created a collection of personal protective clothing, 100% made in France and specific to all professions in which protection is, every day more, a necessity. Thanks to the use of HeiQ Viroblock technology for textile finishing, developed by HeiQ, Swiss company of global reference for innovative textiles, antibacterials and antivirals, the young brand has developed each piece of the range (clothing and accessories) in order to provide a response to requests from professionals looking for textile equipment adapted to the health situation, to protect themselves and their patients and/or clients. Tested effective at 99,99% against SARS-CoV-2, this textile technology offers guarantees of conformity, unique durability and hygiene to effectively fight against bacteria, viruses or even nosocomial diseases. “We are thus demonstrating that innovation is not just a matter for large companies ! It is above all the logical continuation of our entrepreneurial approach, serving the creation of local jobs and the promotion of textile craft trades” declares Diane Deblyck.
A stylist-prototyper
To achieve a successful style, in line with professional expectations, Mon Masque de France entrusted its specifications to a seamstress, stylist-prototypist, recruited specifically for this project, in order to guarantee products with perfect finishes. The cuts of these clothes were inspired by models of healthcare professional outfits, by constantly optimizing the line, seams and finishes, for optimal comfort and proper fit, between “men” and “women” models. This is notably thanks to a panel of health professionals – liberal nurse, physiotherapist, gastroenterologist and hepatologist, osteopath – who took part in the game to share their needs and recommendations, that the first models saw the light of day. “According to the trade, the shape of a garment must be adapted to its use to guarantee optimal comfort and practicality of use. The location of a pocket is not the same for all professions, pants with integrated elastic promise unparalleled comfort. This is the case with these clothes, with a light and breathable cotton which makes the difference with single-use equipment” testifies Nathalie Meunier, liberal nurse.
The collection
Two blouses, a slip-on tunic, pants, a head cap and a fabric protective mask. Thinking in half measures, it is fully customizable : sizes, colors, screen printing… It comes in five sizes (from S to XXL), with, beyond, a very large size offer and a tailor-made service on request. The products are made of 100% cotton poplin fabric, high quality textile and high sewing finish, with exterior pockets and snap or buttonless closures (slip-on tunic) and pants with elastic and drawstring at the waist. Variation of colors : blue and pink edging, plain navy blue, etc. Possibility of customizing colors and screen printing of logo or identity… The collection also includes adjustable head caps and reusable masks (men's and women's sizes) with adjustable elastics (on request). Maintenance by washing in a short cycle at 30-40 degrees.
Online sales and mutual assistance
On its general public website, Masque de France launched a section specific to the online sale of this protective clothing in mid-March. “By purchasing a product from the range on the site, the brand undertakes to donate a portion of the sale price of each product, without impact on price for the customer, in order to support the FXB International association, NGO that fights against extreme poverty, in France and abroad, for 30 years and of which Sophia Aram is the godmother of the program to fight Covid-19” announces Diane Deblyck.
