The University of Reunion is opening a new professional degree course “Social Intervention” this year, “Supporting people with disabilities” course.
This is intended to enable learners to perfect or acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for the new profession of disability advisor., in development. All apprentice training centers are, for example, required to have a disability representative.. The same applies to private companies with more than 250 employees and public establishments.. The disability referent is an internal resource whose action promotes the search for solutions to situations of vulnerability. To open this training, the university received support from the Fund for the integration of disabled people into the public service (FIPHFP) and the National Fund Management Association for the professional integration of disabled people (AGEFIPH).
