Easy Cash, first second-hand network in France, and the Bordeaux business school NoSchool launched the first course dedicated to second-hand trades at the beginning of September.
Nearly fifty students returned to the Arkéa Arena in Bordeaux for a week of conferences, workshops and moments of sharing, focused on the development of relational intelligence, linked to the specificities of the professions in the sector. At the end of the training, work-study students will obtain a professional title of technical-commercial negotiator and circular economy at a bac+2 level. Lasting fifteen months, this 100% supported course includes seven hours of lessons per week delivered via distance learning content. They integrate Easy Cash modules relating to the company's professions and tools (awarding of prizes, tests…). The rest of the time, the students will put these lessons into practice in the 22 stores which joined the project. “This opportunity allows me to reconcile my personal convictions with my training as a technical-commercial negotiator, while benefiting from a flexible model, both on-site and remotely. I experienced a week of high-level integration, unexpected, marked by conferences and enriching meetings with other students and even with influencers and singers”, testifies Bryan Robert, work-study student and ambassador of this first promotion.
More than 40 young people throughout France
“Alternation occupies a central place in our model, since 80% of our directors come from internally, just like one in two franchisees. They are therefore at the dawn of their adventure at Easy Cash, and we are convinced that they will fully embody our values and our commitment”, welcomes Anne-Catherine Péchinot, Managing Director of Easy Cash. “This partnership allows us to train more than 40 young people throughout France, by developing their technical skills and soft skills. We create the future professionals of the sector, with the ambition to help them grow and lead them to excel in their careers. It is this complementarity that makes our collaboration strong”, for Laurent Roche, Director of Operations at NoSchool.
