West Indian initiative, this event will focus on the economic development of the global rum market. In the program, exchanges and sharing on the major issues that drive this industry and its future with the place that France takes within this ecosystem. Representatives of organizations, public institutions from more than 20 producing countries are expected alongside players who make up the entire rum value chain : producers, distributors, manufacturers, harvesters, international buyers, influencers, bottle manufacturers, barrels, yeasts, etc. This time of announcements and sharing of experience will also be an opportunity to demonstrate the impact of innovation in the sector through the presence of French start-ups – overseas and French – and international..
