The board of directors of the Real Estate Company of the Department of Reunion (CIDER) named Thierry Ouillon, as general director for a period of five years, from November 2, 2021. Aged 53, Thierry Ouillon has served as general director of the Public Housing and Real Estate Office in Puy-de-Dôme since 2019. Urban planning engineer, he began his career in 1991 at the development and town planning agency of the Lille metropolis. He joins, in 1993, OPAC du Nord as agency director then became, in 1996, general director of OPAC de l’Ondaine in the department of La Loire. in 2002, he created and managed his real estate agencies in Saint- Etienne. After this experience in the private sector, he returns to the social housing sector at the OPH Perpignan Méditerranée. He then became general director of Domitia Habitat, public housing office in Aude, in 2016.
