The creation of a second hotel high school, which will complement that of Plateau Caillou and the CCI Réunion training center in L’Éperon, was thus recorded, for an investment amount of 84 million euros. The establishment will open its doors at the start of the 2028 school year in Saint-André and will accommodate 522 students.. In 2023, the Region has also financed more than 500 training places linked to the tourism sector, 650 places will be offered for the period 2024-2025.
