This year, the Integration Trophies rewarded 18 public and private employers, leading concrete actions to sustainably integrate people with disabilities into the world of work, while demonstrating that performance and inclusion go hand in hand.
The prizes were presented on November 18 at the Village by CA. Balise Psy and the Réunion academy were rewarded for their recruitment policy, Biotope and the Saint-Denis town hall for welcoming apprentices. The Semto, the Department and France Travail received trophies for their job retention actions, as well as the Père Favron Foundation, the University Hospital and the Port town hall in terms of professional retraining. In the field of digital accessibility, the Simplon school was the winner, for the integration of people with disabilities. The collective's awareness-raising actions carried out by SFR Réunion and the Department were praised, just like the Macé group for its proactive inclusive recruitment policy. Curd Group, the West Réunion hospital center, the public mental health establishment and the training organization Arefip were rewarded for the establishment of disability referents. Two “favorite” prizes were finally awarded to the University of Reunion and the personal services company Scopad.
