Métis heart, artisanal biscuit factory based in L’Éperon, won first prize in the 7th edition of the Entreprise trophy & Territory, organized by CPME Réunion.
Like every year, students from the Institute of Business Administration audited the companies selected from 40 candidates. There were 14 finalists, distinguishing themselves by their territorial roots and their actions in the field of social responsibility. The students then pitched in front of the members of the jury, composed of representatives of the CPME Réunion, Antenna Meeting, from Groupama Indian Ocean, d’Urcoopa, by Zeop, d’Air France, of the Delubac bank & You, of the Region and the IAE.
Created in 2018 by Philippe Le Gouallec, agricultural engineer from Brittany, Kèr Métis combines the flavors of Reunion Island with Breton specialties.
The other winners are : Humapro (technology at the service of HR), Creative and innovative company award (provided by Zeop) ; The Apiary of Other Livers (Bernard Savreux, beekeeper), Environmental Company Award (delivered by Urcoopa and Air France) ; Meeting Learning Training, Company prize for internationalization (delivered by the Delubac bank & Company and the Region).
Crazy Fontaine, Noémie Lépinay and Emma Nirlo, students at IAE, also received a special prize for the quality of their oral presentation (that of the e-commerce site www.chezvous.re) before the jury.
