First companies to submit their application with the new award process, three producers obtained the Nou la fé label : a food SME, A Métis World, and two major players in construction materials, Cement and SCPR.

A METIS WORLD
This artisanal biscuit factory opened its production workshop in early 2018 in Éperon (St.Paul) and employs eight employees. She draws her know-how from traditional Breton recipes revisited with Reunion flavors. With its 57 products, the Ker Métis brand highlights the emblematic flavors of Reunion Island which it combines with biscuit ingredients (flour, butter and eggs) in three gourmet ranges : biscuits (pancakes, petit-beurre, palm trees and shortbread), cakes (Breton cake, Creole pâté and kouign-amann) and salted butter caramels, also grouped in gift compositions. The three biscuit ranges (39 references), cakes (14 references) and salted butter caramels (4 references) receive the Nou la fé label.
CEMENTED
Located at the Port, this renowned company joins the process to label the cement manufactured by its entity Ciments de Bourbon. A three-meter diameter, 12-meter long crusher containing 118 tons of steel balls crushes powdered materials. SCPR
The Réunion crushing and prefabrication company was created in 1965. Its main site is located at the Port. The company specializes in the production of blocks (concrete blocks) which it comes in different ranges.
