The Cœur de Ville senior residence was inaugurated on September 15.
The Cœur de ville eco-district continues its development. Construction continues at a steady pace. The whole challenge is to succeed in the human aspect of the urban project. With operations like Tipolka, momentum is on the right track. This residence, property of SEMADER, is made up of 111 housing units distributed between four buildings. It was designed to meet the specific needs of its residents with three outdoor spaces allowing neighbors or family to gather, developments (banks, tables, stools) which promote living together and housing areas (mainly T1) smaller ones which make it possible to accommodate mainly single people in this residence. With this residence the Cœur de Ville project takes on its intergenerational dimension. The residence fits harmoniously close to the Promenade des Banians which runs between shared gardens, playground, and places of conviviality. The residence is equipped with a photovoltaic installation on the roof sharing the electricity produced between residents.
