Tempera invents the art of alcohol-free blending

The blend applied to alcohol-free : it is the innovation imagined by a group of wine and gastronomy enthusiasts who took on the challenge of making alcohol-free products worthy of the finest cellars.. Six blends signed by the triple-starred Argentinian chef, Mauro Colagreco.

Gathered in Menton, on the shores of the Mediterranean, Mauro Colagreco and Arielle Bove created Tempera : unique alcohol-free blends, to taste alone or with dishes. It is in the natural laboratory of infinite wealth of Menton, where hundreds of varieties of citrus fruits flourish, aromatic flowers and herbs, that Mauro Colagreco, creator at the crossroads of cultures, drew his inspiration to create the Tempera recipes. His meeting with entrepreneur Arielle Bove made it possible to materialize this ambitious project. Each of the six blends in the Tempera range is made in France in workshops whose producers, arborists and processors are the first partners.

Six unique flavor profiles
Eterna I is a dry sparkling wine where samphire, seaside plant with fresh and mineral notes, combines with the liveliness of lemon. To combine with shells, smoked salmon, toasts with hummus… Eterna II is a sweet sparkling wine made from organic yerba mate, which recalls the original terroir of chef Mauro Colagreco. Elderflowers and verbena give it a delicate roundness. Riva is a mineral white where tangy apples from Normandy and seaweed from Ré combine their aromas for a subtle blend.. Aria, airy rosé, is a sensory symphony where rose, lavender, pink fruits and berries unfold their scents. Tierra is an elegant red : a mixture of peppers and flowers gives this blend a final note that is both powerful and very sweet. Calda is a warm sweet white where marigold, this rare aromatic plant, grown organically in the Causses, mixes its freshness with notes of saffron and vanilla.

MAURO COLAGRECO AT THE PEAK OF HIS ART

From his native Argentinian land to his terroirs on the Côte d’Azur, the path of chef Mauro Colagreco has been dotted with journeys, of discoveries, and hard work that took him to the top. In 2019, three stars in the Michelin Guide and first place in the world ranking The World’s 50 Best Restaurants rewarded this life’s work. In 2020, he obtained the green star and Plastic Free certification for his restaurant Mirazu and, in 2022, UNESCO made him its first Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity. Mauro Colagreco est, since 2023, vice-president of the Relais association & Castles.
