As part of the second edition of Talents BGE, organized by the support network for entrepreneurs of the same name, the overseas departments are not forgotten. BGE Réunion was notably responsible for selecting a business project highlighted on the website dedicated to the operation. The selected project is Zapéro, worn by Marie-Augustina Gravina. Son concept : offer aperitif boxes, festive platters and event catering service. Zapéro's signature product is Macawich., a sandwich whose recipe is kept secret and the name registered.
