The SIDR, Semader and Sodiac, all three in the fold of CDC Habitat, presented their 2022 results at the end of September, on the occasion of Anne-Sophie Grave’s visit to Réunion, President of the Executive Board of the subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
The three social landlords have a total stock of nearly 42,000 housing units. : 29,635 for SIDR, 8,240 for Semader and 4,184 for Sodiac. In 2022, they have started construction on 724 housing units and have set a high objective of producing 1,000 housing units per year over the next ten years. 420 million euros of investments are planned over the period.
