A sea urchin hatchery being tested

A sea urchin hatchery, which will also be able to produce juvenile sea cucumbers, started its activities at the end of February in Mahé. The structure was built by a South African company and financed by the World Bank and the Global Environment Facility, to the tune of $121,000.
