Air Seychelles in the green
The Seychelles national airline made a profit of 8,4 million dollars, a first since 2016. After losing 22,7 million dollars in 2021 and having separated from Etihad Airways, which held 40% of its capital for several years, Air Seychelles is on the road to recovery. She repaid $28 million to bondholders, by borrowing 16,5 million dollars to the Seychellois bank Nouvobanq and drawing the rest from its reserves. The value of the company is now greater than the amount of its debt.
