The second edition of the Digital Awards will be held as part of the NxSE Business Forum from December 7 to 9, 2021. Digital Reunion and the Réunion Region have invited all companies in the sector to apply to promote their projects, their talents and their teams.
The first edition of the Digital Awards was launched in 2020 by Digital Réunion in partnership with the Réunion Region to highlight companies in the Réunion digital sector. Like last year, the 2021 edition of the competition will reward the best projects and talents in the region. Companies had until November 17 to apply for free and online in one or more of the six categories of the competition. Best Digital Transformation Project will reward Reunion companies from all sectors that have started their digital transformation. It will promote digital projects and uses to support the evolution of business activities.. Best Digital Inclusion Project will reward the best 2021 project aimed at strengthening social inclusion through digital technology and contributing to bridging the digital divide.. Best Innovative Digital Project will reward innovations or innovative uses of digital and digital technologies. Best Website / Application created thanks to the Digital Check will reward the best creation of site or application created in 2021 thanks to the Digital Check. This year, a rating criterion is added to promote sober approaches and the accessibility of sites and applications to people experiencing digital exclusion. Best Digital Communication Campaign will reward the most innovative and creative communication campaign on digital media. Finally, Digital Talent 2021 will highlight the individual talents of the Reunion digital sector.

The winner of each category will receive a Trophy and a Digital Awards 2021 badge, a Silver Exhibitor Pack on NxSE 2022, filming a capsule video and press relations training to best support the development of your business. The winner of each category will be selected by a public vote and by the final score of the jury composed of a representative of the Réunion Region., of the president of 
Digital Meeting, as well as three jurors from outside Reunion Island in connection with the digital sector. The awards ceremony takes place on December 9, during the closing of the NxSE 2021 Business Forum, an exceptional edition which will receive a visit from the Secretary of State responsible for digital transition and electronic telecommunications, Cedric O.
