ScanCube is the first fully computer-controlled photo-video studio. Following its takeover in 2022 by ex-banker Yannick Cantournet, the studio presented the new features of its solution in mid-February in its Parisian premises.
Created in 2010, ScanCube is the first entirely computer-controlled photo-video studio. This innovative and scalable photo and video shooting solution was primarily aimed at facilitating online posting., at lower cost, product visuals. This first application quickly expanded to other areas of activity : retail, quality control, logistics, creation of packaging, prototype development, communication, archiving and cataloging, education, laboratory research… This home photo studio saves time with a multi-functional system and software. It ensures quality photos at a lower cost. The increase in turnover has made it possible to continually invest in research, and ScanCube engineers are behind numerous patents. ScanCube is used by more than 3,000 e-commerce and retail companies in more than 60 countries. New features
In 2022, ScanCube has innovated with new features, such as improving clipping and transparent photo quality. On the other hand, the studio has implemented a new approach to supporting customers based on training, tailor-made services and new developments. For this purpose, the ScanCube team created specific interfaces. Features are being launched for the logistics and procurement industry. All ScanCube solutions are designed and manufactured in France.
How a ScanCube studio works
Positioned in the ScanCube, the product is viewed on a screen showing how it will be photographed. In an album of model photos, we click on an object similar to the product to photograph. The EasyScanCube software controls the different hardware and automatically saves the visuals on the user's computer. ScanCube allows you to make packshots of products in large quantities and quickly. For which sectors is the solution most suitable ?
