25 million investment, 159 additional jobs : the leading French family business in cosmetics, hygiene and perfumery, known for its brand Corine de Farme, inaugurated its new site in Hauts-de-France.

Sarbec Cosmetics is one of the flagships of the French economy. 100% family business for three generations, she designs, manufactures and markets cosmetic products, disinfection and perfumes. It employs 700 people, including 540 in France, and supports its client companies in the development of their ranges, whether in the luxury sectors, health or consumer goods. It favors materials and ingredients of natural origin, as perfectly illustrated by its own historic skincare and beauty brand : Corine de Farme, composed of products enriched with natural extracts and Cosmos Organic certified products. Committed to controlling origins and reducing the carbon footprint, 97% of its suppliers are located in Europe, including 71% in France. Firmly established in France, with three of its four production workshops and its Research and Development laboratory, Sarbec Cosmetics continues its investments in the country. It dedicated 25 million euros to the extension of its Neuville-en-Ferrain site in Hauts-de-France.. It plans to recruit 150 people by 2025 in order to strengthen its team of 300 employees already present on site..

Eco-responsible approach and reduced carbon footprint

By doubling the surface area of its northern site, increased to 50,000 m2, Sarbec Cosmetics has also doubled its production capacities, from 80 million to 160 million units per year. Across all of its four production sites, the group now has a total capacity of 250 million products per year. The new Neuville-en-Ferrain workshop was designed to produce eco-responsible packaging and products. It is now able to offer wipes made from a compostable fiber of plant origin as well as bottles of plant origin., made from a biosourced raw material from recycled vegetable oils, and recyclable in the traditional sector. The new site is part of an approach to reducing the carbon footprint through concrete actions : energy impact reduced by 20% thanks to its high-performance equipment, energy consumption divided by three in winter thanks to a heat recovery, reduction in energy consumption by 80% with low-energy lighting.
