Innovative brands in the boul-pât’ sector (from start-ups to key players) will come and exhibit, testify or perform live demonstrations. Food Plus, Mademoiselle Desserts International, Bridor, Cookie Creations, The Dessert Company, Dawn Foods, Goulibeur, Gourmet Pastries, Baker & Baker, Europastry, Company of pastry chefs… They will all be part of the new tour dedicated to the bakery.
