The Dionysian municipality presented its budgetary orientations for 2023 on November 18. Gérard Françoise, elected finance delegate, announced on this occasion that the city's tax rates would remain frozen next year, as they have been since 2017. The capital intends to continue its investment policy, to the tune of around fifty million euros over the year, in sports and youth, roads and travel, heritage, schools, green spaces... Actions to support the economy will focus in particular on modernizing and bringing premises up to standard in order to promote access to first-time entrepreneurs, and on the promotion of Ecoboxes to strengthen their attractiveness. Among the new features for 2023 is the extension of free Citalis buses to Dionysians under 26 years old, whereas today it applies to those under 22.
