RAF, reference in the training sector, has been offering work-study training offers since 2023. To support this evolution, RAF changes direction : Meeting Home Training becomes Meeting Learning Training.
Since 2009, Réunion Apprentissage Formation was dedicated to training employees of RAA group structures (Air Assistance meeting). Over the years, RAF has specialized, becoming a complete training center for all types of public, individual and professional, in security professions, security, fire safety, risk prevention, airport jobs, tourism, but also in more widespread areas such as management, trainer training, office automation (Microsoft Office)… RAF, which trains more than 3,000 people per year in Reunion, launched its apprentice training center in 2023 (CFA) in order to offer work-study training and thus meet recruitment needs, in particular on professions in tension in the territory. Its new name now accompanies this evolution. Some 2,200 people followed this work-study training course with RAF in 2022, with a return to employment rate of 91% thanks to its network of socio-economic partners in Reunion and France. Around fifty diploma and certification courses are provided.
A fourth campus in the works
RAF has opened three training centers. A center in the north, located in Sainte Clotilde, where new arrangements make it possible to optimize the various training courses. The RAF southern branch has two training rooms in Saint-Louis, in the heart of an activity zone. RAF is also present in the east at Bras-Panon. To meet growing training needs, both professionals and individuals, RAF announces its continued development in the north by soon opening a new campus of more than 1,000 m2, which will include a dozen training spaces.
