The IGS-RH Executive HR MBA is aimed at HR professionals who want to expand their scope of intervention, with international missions in multicultural environments.
The program, lasting nine weeks spread over the year favors immersion within partner companies. Taught in English, The Executive HR MBA is aimed at both French and foreigners, with professional experience of at least 10 years. Experiential pedagogy is based on the development of a global approach to situations (business, organisation et RH) and an advisory position (internal/external consultant) in an international environment. Participants confronted with the problems of partner companies (Seb, Airbus, Imerys, Faurecia, Alstom, Edenred, Engie…) develop their leadership skills, strategic perspective, emotional and intercultural intelligence, as well as a consultant posture which manifests itself through listening and diagnostic skills, restitution, recommendation and implementation. Every week, trainees are supported by the teaching team, experts and partner stakeholders. The themes are addressed through concrete cases of talent management, digitalisation, data et innovation RH, change management, dialogue with stakeholders, etc. Stays in Bangalore and at the ILO in Geneva complete the program with other points of view on the challenges of the world of work and HR innovation.
