The government stimulus plan is divided into many parts, including thermal renovation of buildings. The number 2,3 million euros
This is the amount available in 2021 to finance recycling operations for polluted wastelands or land in Reunion., as part of the recovery plan. "This fund should make it possible to unlock urban development projects, revitalization of city centers and urban outskirts or productive redevelopment on wasteland, whose implementation cannot be implemented due to a lack of financial balance ", specifies the prefecture. A call for projects has been launched, applications must be submitted until February 28, 2021 and the operations financed must be sufficiently mature to be initiated by 2022, sold by 2024 and enable an effective transformation of these wastelands in the short term.
