Henri Raffin charcuterie products are made from selected pieces of French pork., dried in the heart of the Alps thanks to know-how preserved since 1937, and made with 100% natural ingredients, without added coloring and gluten-free. Offered in a variety of formats and flavors, they are enjoyed in conviviality : to brighten up the raclette, to cut into thin slices (or not) as an aperitif and, to delight young and old alike, They are available in all formats. Why a raclette for Christmas ? To satisfy all desires, Henri Raffin has created a friendly, family-friendly raclette platter made from 400 g of superior dry-cured ham, coppa, bacon et rosette. Between Raffin and Citroën, a long history
Indeed, it is with this tub that the family started… Labeled Living Heritage Company in 2018, Henri Raffin has managed to preserve the unique know-how of Savoyard salt workers.
The House was born at the beginning of the 20th century in La Rochette, in Savoy, where it is still installed. Henri Raffin makes dry sausages of course, but also sliced hams and cold meats, sausages and diots, regional specialties.
