Funded by 15 energy suppliers, supported by the eco-company Eco CO2 in partnership in Reunion with the Reunion design office ISODOM as part of the Energy Savings Certificates system, the SEIZE program aims to raise awareness and support businesses and communities in Reunion Island in controlling their energy demand.
SEIZE is an energy saving awareness and support program dedicated to professionals in Non-Interconnected Zones (ZNI) to the metropolitan electricity network. Labeled by the Ministry of Ecological Transition, This program is part of the Energy Savings Certificates system. Deployed in part of the ZNI (Corse, Guadeloupe, Guyana, The meeting, Martinique, Mayotte) over the period 2020-2022, the program aims for a target of 7,900 professionals engaged in the different territories, including 1,950 professionals in Réunion at the end of 2022.. The SEIZE program offers Reunion professionals, particularly for VSEs/SMEs, free and tailor-made tools to know and understand their energy consumption, to then act to better control it. Adapted to different sectors of activity, offers are 100% supported and allow entrepreneurs, communities and employees to participate in several actions : training workshop for managers and employees, provision of a consumption measurement and monitoring kit, support towards the aid schemes available in Reunion. 100% funded as part of the Energy Savings Certificates system (CEE) and certified by the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the SEIZE program benefits from the support of the Ecological Transition Agency (ADEME) and is part of the “Committed to DO” approach. Deployed in Reunion by the consulting company ISODOM until December 2022, the SEIZE program is implemented in cooperation with the Energy Demand Management committee made up of the State through the DEAL, the Réunion region, ADEME, and EDF Réunion.
Eco CO2 et ISODOM
Created in 2009, Eco CO2 is an eco-company in the social and solidarity economy sector (ESS) which has given itself the mission of raising awareness among citizens and organizations about the sustainable reduction of their environmental impact, in order to accelerate the ecological transition through behavioral change. One of its areas of expertise is the management and deployment of programs generating Energy Savings Certificates (CEE). Eco CO2 deploys support programs on energy savings and sustainable mobility, designs measurement tools and carries out behavioral studies. Based in Reunion, ISODOM is a consulting company specializing in digital transformation, societal and environmental. This company, composed of 40 experts, works on three major themes. The Information System from infrastructure to data through application development. QSE (Quality Safety Environment), from regulations to social responsibility through the QSE management system and sustainable development. L’Organisation, from project management to organizational improvement through change management.
