Thanks to a maturation of at least 13 weeks, this cheese, also called coco de mort, offers a slight nutty taste and a mild flavor. The historic Dutch red cheese with its melting texture will delight your taste buds at the end of a meal and enhance your gratins and sandwiches.. A format 1,9kg, it has been available since April 2021 to complete your range in the traditional department and recruit new consumers.
