Pokawa is a fast food brand created in 2017, which is part of the dynamic of fast casual and healthy food. The founders, Maxime Buhler and Samuel Carré, inveterate travelers, created Pokawa in their image and attracted a large community that shares the same values. The Revelations of the Franchise
Created over 20 years ago, The Franchise Revelations aim to introduce young franchise networks with innovative and promising concepts.. Organized by the French Franchise Federation and its College of Experts, this competition turns the spotlight on the franchise concepts of tomorrow. Of the 30 files analyzed this year, seven candidates were invited to present their concept during a grand oral on February 15. The jury selected three finalist brands : Pokawa, Berliner Das Original and Quiz Room. Berliner Das Original is a fast food concept created in 2018 by Firat Akarsu, which reinterprets an iconic fast food product, the kebab, around recipes giving it back its letters of nobility. Created in 2019 by Tristan Quélin and Charles Babinet, Quiz Room is an original concept that combines immersive leisure and quizzes, an alternative to the Escape Game. It's a quiz on a TV set, accessible to all and personalized according to the age of the participants and their interests. The board can accommodate up to 18 players, guaranteed atmosphere whether you are with family or colleagues.
Ambition : become a world reference
Various criteria were taken into account for this award such as financial solidity, know it- become a franchiser, its ability to transmit it, and the innovative nature of the concept. The members of the jury : the French Franchise Federation, the FFF College of Experts, RX France for Franchise Expo Paris and the Franchise Observatory, Franchise Magazine and the Crédit du Nord Group. By obtaining the La Révélation 2022 prize, Pokawase was allocated a 9 m2 stand at the Franchise Expo Paris show, a six-month subscription on the Franchise Observatory website, six months of free advertising space on the Franchise Magazine website, as well as two-day training at the FFF Franchise Academy, franchise training organization.
