1 Train as a minimum leader at first to know the possibilities of AI and its developments.
2 If possible to pool the day before - within a group of employers, of a professional union, by sector of activity - to study the most relevant applications in your company.
3 Organize training at AI within the company to demystify this tool and make teams want to try.
4 Identify three or four simple and useful uses within the company (for example the writing of meeting reports) who save time to teams, and ensure that use is effective.
5 Think about the possible more fundamental uses for the company, especially to the complementarity that can be organized between human employees and AI, so that the IA and human combination generates a result superior to humans alone.
6 Pay particular attention to young generations in order to develop their critical mind. It is up to each leader to ensure that their critical thinking and their ability to use AI as an assistant, a complementarity, and not as a replacement, are permanently fed and maintained.
7 Knowing how to adapt the right pace of changes to establish within the company, between the exponential capacities of the AI and the capacity to adapt teams.
