Designed for the end of year celebrations, the Tasting and Territoires d’Exception ranges from Petit Navire welcome this year three new references which take us notably to the pure and cold waters of Scotland for a refreshing Christmas.
This is a new range called “Tasting” that Petit Navire is offering for the end-of-year celebrations.. Combining delicacy and generosity, the two references that make it up take us towards new horizons. Extra-fine Sliced Smoked Salmon Gravlax Dill style & 5 Baies are inspired by Nordic cuisine and will refine salads and aperitifs with refreshing flavors thanks to a fine and delicate seasoning. Thin slices of Smoked Salmon marinated in Dill and flavored with Yuzu, rich in taste and character, are to be consumed alone. Their thin slices will satisfy the most demanding guests. Raised in Norway, the salmon in this range come from ASC certified aquaculture farms. Petit Navire’s festive offer also includes another range entitled “Territoires d’Exception”, which welcomes this season a novelty : Organic Salmon from the Scottish Islands. From organic farming, this characterful salmon draws its strength from the pure and very cold waters of the Scottish islands. Prepared using the traditional beech wood smoking method, this salmon has a melting texture and an authentic preserved taste. The “Exceptional Territories” offer, designed for a festive tasting, stands out for the quality of its salmon, the majority of which is guaranteed without antibiotic treatment.
Responsibly raised or caught salmon
The new reference for Organic Salmon from the Scottish Islands is part of Petit Navire’s desire to expand its range of labeled products, a commitment for the brand which currently offers 80% of its festive range labeled ASC, MSC or BIO. ASC or MSC labeled, salmon from the Dégustation and Territoires d’Exception ranges illustrate Petit Navire’s commitment to ensuring the sustainability of the oceans and offering responsibly raised or caught salmon.
Solidarity Christmas with Petit Navire
These new products as well as the products from the fresh section, smoked salmon and trout, of the brand are part of the Christmas Solidarity operation. In partnership with the French Secours Populaire, Petit Navire undertakes to donate 1% of its turnover generated by products from the fresh section to the association. This operation lasts from October 25, 2021 to January 2, 2022. Petit Navire is mobilizing to strengthen its support for isolated people in need.. Petit Navire has participated in “Bonnet Boxes” product-sharing operations since 2006 to support the annual “Summer Holiday” campaigns of Secours populaire. Since 2020, the brand involves its employees through internal challenges with the aim of achieving a common objective of donating Petit Navire and Parmentier products.
