Naturalness, recyclability, quality, ethics, responsibility : strong from its previous commitments, the soft drink giant is capitalizing on its good results in 2021 to further adapt to new consumer trends and thus sustain its growth.
The major underlying trends in the soft drinks market have been reinforced by the health crisis. “Healthy pleasure” has taken a central place in consumer behavior. Home consumption, the need to get together with family or friends was stimulated by confinement and health restrictions. Teleworking also changes the need for soft drinks. The desire to “consume better” is becoming the rule everywhere. The expectation of quality is now also guided by concern for health. But quality for everyone at the right price. And behind this development lies shoppers’ demand for a lasting commitment from brands “for another future”. Already committed to responsible transition, PepsiCo is responding to this expectation in 2022 by launching new products and generalizing the recyclability of packaging.;
