A communion under the sign of innovation and tradition
Orchard Experiment is where Glenfiddich Single Malt whiskey meets Somerset Pomona. Glenfiddich Single Malt Whiskey has been made with the same three ingredients since 1887 : barley, spring water and yeast. Once the mixture is stirred and fermented, it is then distilled twice in copper stills. Only the “heart” of the distillate is put in oak barrels to age.. This whiskey then rests in a Somerset Pomona barrel for four months until it is perfect..
