Since 2015, Reunion Island merchants have been able to equip themselves with a payment terminal without a subscription with SumUp.. The Sumup AIR model is controlled via a smartphone and an application to download. In response to growing demand for a standalone terminal or with ticket printing, SumUp now offers two additional terminals : the SumUp Reader and the SumUp Duo. Still without subscription and integrating contactless payments. It is no longer necessary to control the terminal with a smartphone. These terminals directly integrate the application into their interface. The terminal connects directly to the Wifi network (it can also work with tethering if the merchant wants). For those who want to print their customers' receipts, the SumUp Duo fulfills this mission with its integrated thermal printer.
