Nestlé invites young and old to an egg hunt

At Nestlé, the traditional egg hunt is back again for Easter, under the sign of novelty and the pleasure of a great moment of joy shared with family.

These last two years have heightened the pleasure of being together, to find yourself at home, between yourself, with family, safe, children and adults, to enjoy the good moments of life. With its traditional egg hunt, Easter is and remains a highlight not to be missed for the French. Nestlé is there in 2022 with a choice of Easter chocolates meeting the need for renewal. Improvements to “gift” offers, a change in composition and improvement of packaging : in a children's confectionery market confirming the trend of 2020 and 2021, Nestlé is always competitive with the variety of its mini eggs and its numerous “to offer” references. The casts remain unavoidable with the rabbit in the spotlight, and, at Nestlé, each age has its mold (enfant, ok, young adults, for the whole family). On their side, chocolates for adults continue to chart their own course this Easter.

The chick, new Smarties molding

A new addition enters the Smarties family : the chick 85 g. A chick with good Smarties milk chocolate and containing Smarties inside. To please everyone, the new figurine is offered in two colors : pink or blue. A new choice that complements the egg, the rabbit and the chicken Smarties.

The Crunch surprise : the crispy rabbit

Crunch makes the egg hunt crunchy ! Crunch is a new brand in the casting segment. New but universal, historical, known to everyone (99% awareness for Crunch !). Unifying brand that appeals to everyone, young and old, perfect for Easter. Furthermore, A favorite brand for teenagers and which will therefore recruit in particular from this “teen” target. A strong recipe with rabbits as crispy as the classic Crunch.

Arrival of a Nestlé rabbit

The endorsement of a major brand at an affordable price : the Nestlé rabbit puts the pleasure of quality chocolate within everyone’s reach. Pure cocoa butter chocolate. The rabbit is children's favorite molding. With its elegant and consensual decor, the Nestlé rabbit will please the whole family. It’s the chocolate to give par excellence.

Adult development

The adult range is renewed to satisfy all desires, avec After Eight, Lanvin and Nestlé l’Atelier. Les Recettes de l’Atelier and After Eight always in sharing formats. Pouches contain 17 individually wrapped mini eggs. All the gourmet chocolate art of the Recettes de l’Atelier and After Eight bars (with the surprise of mini eggs with mint runny centers and dark chocolate shells). At Lanvin, this is the safe bet of the mini version of the Escargot, already number one at Christmas.

The Egg Hunt range still there

The ideal egg hunt range. She brings together, in three gift boxes, the three brands : Smarties, Galak et Kit Kat. The formats are almost identical (122 g for the first brand, 120 g for the other two). This is the widest choice of Easter eggs, between my eggs filled with Smarties, eggs with the inimitable Kit Kat taste and white chocolate eggs at Galak.

Kit Kat in the big leagues

In 2022, Kit Kat grows in size (175 g), and it’s even more milk chocolate and crispy wafers to share. A large gourmet format with two different designs. The new Kit Kat format extends the range of large moldings which already includes the Smarties Egg 200 g and the Smarties Rabbit 175 g.

NESTLÉ’S “PLASTIC-FREE” COMMITMENT

Easter chocolates demonstrate Nestlé’s commitment to “plastic-free” packaging, even on seasonal products. Example : the new packaging of Smarties Mini Eggs. In 2022, Smarties eggs are in paper packaging.
