Louis-Marie de Saint-Marc is the new director of Mercyalis in Reunion. His appointment follows the recent promotion of Nicolas Faivre, to which he remains hierarchically attached, as director of operations at the Parisian headquarters of the property company. The group's local team also has an operations director, in the person of Patrick Dujeux, previously in charge of property management for the company Sudeco for the Mercyalis sites on the island. Finally, Stéphane le Matret, who was formerly brooker, also joined Mercyalis as marketing manager. “The organization of Mercyalis on Reunion Island reflects our desire to always better support our tenants there., to anticipate consumer needs, and to strengthen our roots with local stakeholders” declares Vincent Raval, general director of the Mercyalis group, which is one of the main French real estate companies, specialized in detention, management and transformation of commercial spaces, for own account or for third party account. Mercyalis now owns four shopping malls in Reunion Island. : Cape Sacre Coeur, Sainte-Marie Duparc, Beaulieu Saint-Benoît and Grand Large Saint-Pierre.
