Mer et Vigne is holding its Christmas gastronomic fair from December 2 to 4, 2022 at the Paris-Vincennes racecourse. Reflection of the passion of its founder, Eric Chollat-Namy, for gastronomy and local products, this exhibition concept travels across France to introduce its visitors to original and quality products offered by the producers themselves or by their representatives. More than 100 exhibitors will be present at Vincennes. “More than 80% of our exhibitors are producers or manufacturers. Indeed, our motto is to advocate the short circuit towards consumers. Artisans, producers, breeders, transformers, Representatives of producers come together to advocate French excellence in local products.”, declares Eric Chollat-Namy. Mer & Vigne also welcomes Greek products this year, Italians, Malagasy, Spanish, Portuguese and Bulgarian.
