Liebig in the world cuisine segment

In this new exotic range, the Voyage en Inde and Voyage en Thailand recipes are added to the Chinese soup which becomes Voyage en Chine.

Carrot and parsnip soup
Liebig is also riding the trend for ancient vegetables with its carrot and parsnip soup, another novelty. A recipe that combines carrots, one of the French's favorite vegetables, and the fragrant taste of parsnips, an ancient vegetable rich in minerals.
