Psychosocial risks (RPS) have their origins in the organization of work and are closely linked to managerial practices intended to strengthen profitability in the private sector, or to reduce costs in the Civil Service. They have increased with the health crisis and its procession of business closures, of dismissals and challenges to social achievements. More than ever, RPS are therefore on the agenda. This resolutely practical book addresses this issue from different angles. : that of the potential victim, that of the employee who strives to assist colleagues in distress and that of the elected staff member whose objective is to protect health at work. Simply written and accessible to all, This book provides tools, advice, landmarks, and draws on concrete examples to place good practices at the heart of debates and encourage action. Its main objective : allow vulnerable employees to move from victim status to actor status.
