The SME Un Air d’Ici, which markets the JusteBio brand, forms a partnership with pasta producer Alpina Savoie to distribute organic pasta sold in bulk in supermarkets.
Un Air d’Ici is a family business created in 2000, located in Carpentras in Vaucluse which sources, develops and distributes dried fruit products, organic seeds and cereals under its JusteBio brand. Founded in 1844 in Chambéry, Alpina Savoie is the only company to produce pasta made from French wheat. JusteBio and Alpina Savoie pool their expertise and know-how to produce organic pasta. Since April 1, five organic references of the Alpina Savoie semolina maker are distributed for the first time in JusteBio hoppers, leader in dried fruits, organic seeds and cereals, vendus and vrac and GMS. Among them, two wholemeal pasta references (complete penne and complete twist), richer in fiber than plain pasta. Organic buckwheat crozet, emblematic product of Alpina Savoie know-how, also joins JusteBio hoppers, alongside farfalle and plain twist.
