The Guide Kaspro 2024, independent gastronomic guide to Reunion Island which brings together all the styles of cuisine offered on the island, unveils its selection of the most beautiful restaurants in Reunion.
The Guide Kaspro supports the catering sector by encouraging attendance at selected tables, who carry out artisanal work where homemade takes precedence. In complete independence, he selects tables from the island, all styles combined, and thus promotes the diversity and excellence of Reunionese gastronomy. It rewards six catering professionals by awarding them a trophy. New this year : the creation of a prize that promotes the art of mixology in Reunion with the Maison Isautier trophy. The Guide Kaspro 2024 has selected 178 tables, including 14 new addresses. It presents 92 vanilla tables : nine tables three Vanillas, 31 two-vanilla tables and 52 one-vanilla tables. Le Guide Kaspro 2024, it’s also 44 smart budget addresses with dishes priced under €13 or set menus for less than €21. Finally, it is a free application complementary to the paper guide. A gourmet notebook of more than 170 good addresses of food artisans, of wine merchants, of delicatessens classified by city.
