A jury bringing together the worlds of business and education
This year, more than a thousand students participated in the creation of around sixty mini-businesses, all presented with enthusiasm in front of a jury made up of business leaders and members of the world of education. These young mini-entrepreneurs competed to win eight prizes, among which were two new products this year : the price of schools (for the youngest) and the Défi Péï prize, rewarding the initiative that best responds to economic challenges, social and environmental issues of Reunion Island. April 30, 39 of these mini-companies were present at the show : 30 participated in the 2024 regional competition, while nine were from specific courses built with the three partners of the festival, BRED, Samsung and Fondation de France. BRED and Samsung mini-companies participated in a specific national-level competition. The middle and high school regional champions will defend the colors of Reunion at the national final of the Mini-Enterprises Festival, June 6 at the Charlety stadium in Paris.
