The Jean Hénaff group was present at SIAL 2022, in October, where he presented his Hénaff brands : Jean Hénaff, Hénaff Diffusion, Pearls of Flavors and Algaé Gastronomy. Several of its products have been selected by the SIAL Innovation jury.

The Spheres, Pearls of Flavors
The Spheres, new this year, were finalists for the SIAL Innovation Grand Prix. These olive-sized balls contain a concentrate of flavors. Under the tooth, they release their liquid heart for a unique taste experience. As innovative as they are tasty, they are preparing to revolutionize the menus of thousands of restaurants around the world.
Participation under the sign of Brittany and CSR commitment
The Hénaff company was accompanied by the Gonidec cannery under the French boutique banner to represent their export alliance. Both are labeled Bretagne 26000 and Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Companies)., which proves their commitment to the environment and to the influence of Breton know-how. Also labeled Bretagne 26000, GlobeXplore, subsidiary of the Jean Hénaff group, made its commitments to the algae sector loud and clear. Bretagne 26000 is a territorial CSR certification. Jean Hénaff is an independent family group of collaborative SMEs created in 1907 in Finistère. Established in Brittany in Pouldreuzic, Rosporden, in Grand-Fougeray and Drôme, it is managed by Loïc Hénaff who embodies the fourth generation of the group.
