Fines Bulles 30% less sweet

With the different approach of alcohol substitutes, Cœur de Pom’ represents another way of approaching the nolow market. The brand launches the first Fines Bulles sparkling apple juice with 30% less sugar and classified Nutri-Score B.

“On December 12, 53 addictologists called on the Ministry of Health to support the alcohol-free month (Dry January), widely worn by the millennial generation. A majority of French (61 %) says she is ready to be tempted by a non-alcoholic drink”, promotes the brand. It is in this context that Cœur de Pom’ has been developing Fines Bulles for several years., a range of alcohol-free fruit fizzies aimed at adults. Going further today, Cœur de Pom’ launches the sector’s first alcohol-free fruit sparkling wine with the “30% less sweet” designation and Nutri-Score B. Cœur de Pom’ has developed a new transformation process in its workshops, which allows us to collect the juice which unfortunately remained in the flesh of the apple and which went into methanization. Or, this residual juice is naturally not very sweet. This therefore makes it possible to better exploit the qualities of the fruit while reducing the quantity of sugar in a natural way., that is to say without de-sweetening it by a mechanical process, chemical or filtration. In April 2022, Cœur de Pom’ had already launched a new innovative drink, alcohol-free and less sweet : the Schorles. Fruit juices mixed with sparkling water, sold in individual format.

The taste of chewable apple
Cœur de Pom’ is a brand of the independent SME Jardins de l’Orbrie, which employs more than 90 people in Bressuire, in Deux-Sèvres. Born in the heart of the orchards of Poitou, Cœur de Pom’ was created in 2010 by arborist Alain Péridy. The brand is the result of a commitment against waste and for respect for biodiversity : the juices are made from table apples from sorting waste in order to find the real taste of the chewable apple. The apples are picked by hand, on farms close to the production area, less than 100 km mostly. The juices are exclusively manufactured on the Bressuire site, from pressing fresh fruit to bottling. Since 2020, the brand is labeled PME+, label of independent French companies with ethical and responsible practices. Cœur de Pom’ now benefits from national notoriety and distribution.
