The urban commune of Île Sainte-Marie, in Madagascar, signed a new cooperation agreement with the West Coast Territory on April 12. A Malagasy delegation composed of the mayor of Sainte-Marie, one of his deputies and technicians carried out several days of visits to the municipalities of the West on this occasion.
