The urban commune of Île Sainte-Marie, in Madagascar, signed a new cooperation agreement with the West Coast Territory on April 12. A Malagasy delegation composed of the mayor of Sainte-Marie, one of his deputies and technicians carried out several days of visits to the municipalities of the West on this occasion. They focused on waste management, with the presentation of the Cycléa sorting center and the Ileva composting platform at the Port, water and sanitation management… The TCO “is committed to supporting the municipality in essential areas such as engineering, but also to encourage innovation and technical expertise in renewable energies, d’agriculture durable, and many more ».
