11 people, including two recognized as disabled workers, aged 45 and over, signed a permanent contract on February 5 within Synergie Péï, as part of the territorial experiment against long-term unemployment.
The City benefits from technical support from the ETCLD association (Territorial experimentation against long-term unemployment) particularly for the establishment of a business for employment purposes (WHERE). In December 2023, EBE supported by Synergie Péï, committed to recycling and the circular economy, has been approved to create fixed-term permanent jobs and useful, non-competitive activities for the territory. Synergie Péï aims to create 60 full-time equivalent positions (ETP) by 2026.
