Already well referenced in supermarkets in mainland France, tasty sauces from the French brand Papa Sauce, which breaks the codes of classic Italian sauces, arrive in Reunion thanks to SOREM. Enough to also make the desire for pasta shine.
“Papa Sauce will appeal to consumers awaiting authenticity, disgust, but also new products and pleasure purchases. The sauce aisle is moving with growing demand for premium sauces. This is why we have chosen to launch certain new products with Papa Sauce's creative sauces which are very successful in mainland France and which meet local expectations.. This is a range of gourmet sauces with original recipes, including two certified organic farming references, like Goat Peppers, Summer Truffle Mushrooms or Boeuf Bourguignon Sauce”, explains Réhan Mamoodjee, director of SOREM. A slightly crazy and very greedy concept, the Papa Sauce brand was created, two years ago, by Johanna Zaoui and Ronnie Meyersohn. These two lovers of good food and sharing had a simple and fresh idea : offer very good sauces for pasta. That is to say, recipes full of taste and color, which break the codes of the eternal Bolognese. The recipes are honest, without strange ingredients, but the accompaniments of the dishes – starting with the pasta – are out of the ordinary. Made with heart and passion, these are premium sauces which, aiming for “high-end taste”, quickly forget the classic Italian sauces.
